The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 6+ years in a Front Office environment, and strong program management and communication skills. The position includes daily coordination with diverse stakeholders and a focus on mission-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 6+ years of experience in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and strategic priorities.
• Experience in mission area operations with project management principles.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities; ability to build networks with internal and external staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to senior leaders and deliver institutional intelligence.
• Coordinate stakeholder awareness, define process requirements and ensure quality assurance.
