Job summary

Arcfield seeks an experienced Systems Integrator/Executive Officer to support Front Office Operations in a mission-centric cyber environment. You will manage schedules, briefings, and communications, coordinating with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple locations.

The role requires maintaining a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks with minimal direction while working in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific/technical discipline.
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness and political savvy to interact with all workforce levels.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while showing tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to the Chief and Deputy Chief, including schedule management and deconfliction.
• Provide briefings to officers at all levels of seniority and create, edit, and coordinate briefing materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track action items, ensure timely completion, and resolve problems as necessary.
• Interface with executive-level management for planning, presentation, and reporting.
• Manage the group’s space allocation and utilization across multiple locations.
• Manage personnel arrival and departure processes via ServiceNow and other workflows.
• Serve as Communications Officer, coordinating highlights for submission per guidelines and timelines.
• Provide support to the Chief of Staff for special projects and activities.
