Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Executive Strategic Communications leader in Springfield, VA to develop and execute enterprise communications strategies aligned with NGA priorities. You will advise senior leaders, craft executive messaging, talking points, and briefings to support decision-making and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• 12+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customers.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and develop high-quality executive communications products.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and aligning messaging across diverse audiences in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise communications strategies and campaigns aligned with NGA priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with executive messaging, talking points, and briefings.
• Plan and manage high-visibility events and stakeholder discussions; drive change management for program adoption across IC and international partners.
