Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for FPGA solutions. You’ll own strategic and tactical marketing responsibilities for a portfolio of FPGA products, defining roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and lifecycle management to drive revenue and margin growth.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, applications, and corporate marketing to position Microchip FPGA solutions competitively. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in semiconductor product marketing experience.
• Proven track record in defining product strategies and lifecycle.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor architectures and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product line strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Create and implement go-to-market plans including positioning and messaging.
• Drive new product introductions, pricing, forecasting, collateral, training.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and differentiation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and design wins.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing across regions.
• Represent Microchip at events and customer meetings.
