Ascentek in Minneapolis is seeking a Director of FP&A and Treasury to lead financial planning, forecasting, capital deployment and treasury operations in support of long-term growth. You will guide a team of analysts, deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, and drive decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities include building robust financial models, preparing Board presentations, managing banking relationships, cash flow and capital structure, and partnering with accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 12+ years in finance, treasury or business analytics.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong ERP, FP&A and BI systems experience (JD Edwards, Planful, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Experience collaborating across functions to drive results.
• MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics or related field; hands-on M&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and Treasury teams and develop analysts.
• Oversee annual budget and quarterly forecasts with coordination.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, KPI dashboards and variance analyses.
• Create quarterly Board presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Develop long-range strategic financial planning models.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities and drive improvements.
• Model scenarios and perform ad-hoc analyses for investments and contracts.
• Manage capital planning, approvals and reporting with business cases.
• Administer financial reporting systems and ensure data security.
• Drive continuous FP&A and treasury process improvements.
