Prepare materials and recommendations for senior leadership forums.
Assess business cases for major initiatives by validating assumptions and costs.
Support governance processes by tracking performance and resources.
Contribute to profitability measurement tools and reporting capabilities.
Analyze product, client, and business segment profitability for growth.
