Responsibilities

• Develop and support the execution of strategies that support Community Banking priorities, including CRA objectives, sustainability, and community development.
• Partner with Community Markets leadership and sustainability groups to align opportunities with business objectives.
• Analyze business, market, customer, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for decision-making.
• Support initiatives focused on market growth, community engagement, customer acquisition, and relationship expansion.
