Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Risk Management Framework and its role in strategy, growth, and regulatory expectations.
• Support research, analysis, and project work across risk disciplines (operational, credit, compliance, enterprise risk).
• Assist in developing executive presentations, briefing materials, reports, and dashboards for leadership discussions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving risk practices.
• Attend governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to observe risk integration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and support process improvement.
• Analyze data and prepare insights to help leaders assess risks and opportunities.
• Assist with special projects across business units and navigate complex issues.
• Support identification of opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to Risk Management leadership.
