Job summary

Yamaha Motor Crp. USA, based in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Reporting & Analysis to drive data-driven insights and bridge historical reporting with future strategy.

You’ll mine data from ERP systems, develop forecasts, and deliver monthly and ad hoc reports for executive leadership. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and manufacturing experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of financial analysis and budgeting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present to executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, powersports, or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Data mining and compilation from ERP and multiple sources.
• Analyze financial performance; identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly/annual reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Design and maintain visualizations (Actual vs Target) for exec review.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
• Develop predictive financial models and scenario analyses.
