Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst III to support budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. This role will analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to support informed business decisions.

Incumbent is responsible for all financial reporting within the Demand Chain business, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting process, and other analytics as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
• Experience with SAP; SAP EPM & BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional units.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes for Demand Chain and Yamaha BU’s.
• Monitor spending, expenses, revenue and key metrics.
• Perform SAP EPM & BI maintenance and reporting improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for management.
