Job description

Yamaha is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. This role will analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to support informed business decisions. Incumbent is responsible for all financial reporting within the Demand Chain business, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting process, and other analytics as needed.

(Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available)

What you need to be successful:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of Financial Analyst experience required.

• MBA preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and management reporting required.

• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel is required.

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Experience working in SAP required. Experience in SAP (EPM & BI) Preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, including materials, labor, overhead, inventory, and standard costing.

• Minimal travel may be required, approximately less than 10%
