Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with Excel-based analysis, business case development, and structured reporting.
• Strong executive communication skills, including PPT storylining and issue framing.
• High ownership and strong follow-through.
• Able to balance planning with practical investment and execution support.

Responsibilities

• FP&A and business planning: prepare monthly and annual rolling reports for P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex.
• Conduct plan vs. actual analyses to derive actionable improvements.
• Lead bi-annual corporate business planning: P&L, Cash Flow, Capex budgets.
• Prepare weekly management reports and consolidate P&L data with ESS Solution and Asset Mgmt teams.
• Assess and mitigate financial risk including insurance and bad debt.
