The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and 7+ years of financial management experience, with excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or related field is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer FP&A programs and initiatives.
• Advise teams and coordinate work of finance resources.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes and optimize services.
• Prepare and coordinate the annual operating budget and recurring local forecast cycles.
• Support local inputs to Funds Flow and related financial analyses.
• Prepare reporting and presentations for entity leadership.
• Oversee risk management for large, complex programs.
