Capstone Analytic is seeking a Strategic FP&A Portfolio Analyst to support complex federal health IT portfolio strategy, investment planning, financial analysis, and executive decision support. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, healthcare administration, data analytics, information systems, operations research, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, portfolio management, investment analysis, or executive decision support.
• Strong financial and analytical background, including interpreting budgets, forecasts, spend plans, cost information, and investment data.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of financial, operational, acquisition, contract, schedule, and performance information to identify patterns and risks.
• Proven ability to support senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Strong executive communication skills, including briefing senior leaders and defending recommendations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio coordination as the strategic FP&A portfolio analyst for one or more health IT capability areas.
• Support portfolio management outcomes and world-class portfolio management delivery.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze financial, operational, acquisition, technical, schedule, workforce, and performance data for current-state baselines.
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, dependencies, redundancies, and cost drivers to develop insights.
• Translate analysis into investment priorities, dependencies, and decision-ready materials.
• Develop executive-ready briefings, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps for leadership.
