Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior or operations management role with direct P&L responsibility.

• Experience in a service-based organization relevant to electrical services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Shermco's largest site with high visibility.
• Demonstrate business development capabilities at enterprise level, focusing on new accounts.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and drive financial performance.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and metrics.
