Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Financial Analyst - Business Partner to provide financial leadership to the Customer Focus Teams at our manufacturing sites.

You will serve as a strategic collaborator, bridging financial insight with operational decisions to improve profitability and guide growth initiatives. You will lead the month-end close, forecast customer sales and margins, and manage pricing analyses using the Impact ECS pricing tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance-related field required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Data storytelling and experience with financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer-focused financial month-end close and ensure accuracy across sites.
• Develop and communicate monthly forecast of sales and margins for customers.
• Oversee the customer re-pricing process and analyze Pro-Forma P&L impacts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial targets with operations.
