Plexus Corp. seeks a Financial Analyst - Business Partner to provide financial leadership to Customer Focus Teams at our manufacturing sites. You will bridge financial insight with operations to drive profitability and support growth initiatives.

You will influence decisions, manage monthly close, and lead pricing and forecasting efforts to ensure profitable revenue for each customer program. Strong communication and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/economics preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key Business Partner representing financial inputs to the CFT and lead forecasting.
• Lead the customer’s monthly close process with accounting and site teams to ensure accurate results.
• Influence operational decisions by presenting margin and cost recovery analyses to the CFT.
• Lead monthly sales and margin forecast and provide weekly updates.
• Lead re-pricing with the Impact ECS tool and assess pricing impact with Pro-Forma P&L.
