Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience with impact delivery.
• Fluent English communicator, comfortable with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical view of commercial performance: revenue, pricing, cost-to-sell, and marketing ROI.
• Perform root-cause, driver-based analysis and translate results into actions.
• Maintain the monthly ROI and pricing/discount movements and account dynamics.
• Manage planning, forecasting, and close for assigned commercial areas.
• Lead process improvements and standardization of commercial reporting.
• Mentor analysts and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance; deliver executive-ready narratives.
