Qualifications

• 6+ years of career experience, preferred, with 2+ years of manager experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, preferred
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Business partnering and strong communication skills
• Data visualization and querying complex data experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive financial acumen for regional sales VPs and act as trusted finance advisor
• Support channel marketing with national initiatives to increase sales and profitability
• Build business cases and perform analysis to support strategic goals
• Build financial reporting to measure initiative performance and own monthly reviews
• Develop and present reports/dashboards to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate financial risks and opportunities
• Coach and prioritize team's work
