Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a skilled FP&A leader to partner with Corporate Finance, Controllership, Tax and Governance. You will collaborate with offshore resources and align financial goals with business priorities, lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasts.

You will ensure data integrity, deliver executive reports, support strategic initiatives, drive improvements through automation, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
• 6+ years of FP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning and Analysis).
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Workday GL and TM1 a plus. Ability to learn other financial systems.
• Results driven, analytical, self-motivated team player with ability to independently resolve issues while handling multiple priorities.
• Accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance community (Corporate Finance, Controllership, Tax, Governance) and collaborate with offshore resources and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business priorities.
• Lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Perform in-depth reviews of monthly forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial data, forecasts, and reporting; communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
