Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the U.S. operations. You will be a strategic finance partner to U.S.

leadership, delivering actionable insights to drive profitability and align financial plans with business priorities. The role requires 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with NetSuite and OneStream is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• MBA/CPA/CMA asset.
• 10+ years FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite and OneStream advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes for the U.S. operations.
• Coordinate financial assumptions with business leaders and align with plans.
• Prepare regular financial forecasts (revenue, gross margin, Opex, EBIT).
• Identify financial risks/opportunities and communicate them to management.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial simulations for decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and planning methodologies.
• Lead monthly management reporting for the U.S. operations.
• Support North America Finance with consolidated reporting and analysis.
• Simplify and automate reporting wherever possible.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to U.S. business leaders.
