Job summary

Lupin in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a Manager, FP&A – US Generics to be a strategic finance partner for the US Generics business, responsible for management reporting, budgeting, and planning while delivering profitability analyses and financial support for key commercial decisions.

The role collaborates with US Commercial and Finance leaders and with India-based teams to provide timely insights into performance, margins, and opportunities, driving FP&A process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–5 years in FP&A, business finance, or related roles; pharma/generics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior management.
• Proactive, analytical, and strategic with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS P&Ls for US Generics, highlighting sales, margins and expenses.
• Lead annual budget and 5-year strategic planning with cross-functional inputs.
• Manage forecasts and scenarios; compare actuals to budgets and plans.
• Provide product/portfolio P&L insights to support commercial decisions.
• Model financial impacts of new products, licensing, pricing, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with India-based teams to forecast and monitor spend.
