Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Manager of Finance for Subscriber Forecasting to lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. You will serve as a key resource for business leaders, driving alignment with subscriber goals and financial targets.

You will partner with the FP&A team to analyze variances, forecast outcomes, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and accountability to drive results.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and Essbase; advanced MS Office.
• Ability to adapt to changing scope and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budget and monthly forecast for subscriber disconnect activity.
• Coordinate month-end close with forecasting team; analyze variances and report results.
• Provide business leaders with insights and opportunities to meet operating and subscriber goals.
• Ensure consistent information flow and create efficiencies across networks.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
