Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; master's is a plus.
5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and accountability to drive results.
Ability to adapt to changes in scope and work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication; detail-oriented and organized.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in Oracle, Hyperion and Essbase.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual budget and monthly forecast for subscriber disconnect activity.
Coordinate month-end close; analyze variances and present schedules to leaders.
Serve as a resource to business leaders to achieve operational and financial goals.
Ensure clear information flow and consistent reporting across the organization.
Identify process improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
