Job summary

NAB Leadership Foundation is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis in New York City. This key role supports operational finance for Hearst Television's Distribution and Streaming business, partnering with finance leadership to drive insights and accurate forecasting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, financial modeling capability, and experience in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. The role requires in-office presence at the Hearst Tower.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting subscription-based or digital revenue business models preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SmartView/Essbase and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to oversee month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations communicating performance and trends.
