Fortinet is expanding its FP&A function and seeks a Manager to advance reporting and analytics for the global Sales organization. The role partners with Sales and Finance leadership to support headcount planning, commission modeling, and top-line forecasting in a hybrid hardware/services model.

You will contribute to advanced analytics and automated reporting, helping ensure resource allocation is informed by accurate data and clear insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Sales Finance in tech or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Strong understanding of bookings, billings, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/EPM experience; data analytics skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategize financial reporting and forecasting for global Sales, including contribution margin.
• Model headcount, commissions, and variable compensation; support quota changes.
• Develop automated dashboards and AI-enabled analytics for faster insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Accounting to ensure accurate inputs and close processes.
• Translate financial insights into actionable guidance for executives.
