NPX One, LLC is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to establish a formal planning and analysis framework and to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will analyze profitability, pricing, and sales activity, and develop robust financial models and KPIs to support strategic initiatives.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, Power BI expertise, and experience with ERP systems, enabling you to deliver executive-level reports and dashboards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a formal FP&A platform for the business using existing & new frameworks.
• Analyze performance, profitability, pricing, and sales activity; provide insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve reporting databases, net sales tracking, commission calculations, rebate tracking, and analytics processes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, weekly, and ad hoc financial reports for exec leadership and lenders.
• Support month-end close through analysis, reporting validation, and variance analysis.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range projections and modeling.
• Partner with sales and pricing teams to support pricing strategies, margin analysis, rebates, and customer profitability.
• Manage sales commissions and customer rebate programs and related POD processes.
• Collaborate on Power BI platform, create dashboards and reporting tools for the platform.
• Serve as backup for pricing analysis activities as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
• Support external audits and provide analytical support.
