Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a hands‑on Manager of FP&A to join the Packaged Product Finance team in Tampa, FL. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive strategic decisions, reporting to the VP Finance, PP.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in finance with FP&A experience, strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau skills, and a track record in manufacturing environments. Onsite location in Tampa preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience with 3+ years FP&A.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid Tableau and BI tool exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze economic trends to influence decisions.
• Coordinate deep-dive analysis of regional financials.
• Develop executive presentation materials.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity.
• Prepare and report monthly/quarterly actual vs forecast reports.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analyses.
• Review divisional balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
• Analyze cost and expense trends vs budgets.
• Manage working capital and overhead spend analysis.
