Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a driven FP&A Manager based in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and partner with VP Finance to influence business decisions. Strong analytics, BI, and communication skills are essential.

You will lead P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling, coordinate regional analyses, and prepare executive materials. Experience in manufacturing and advanced Excel/PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience with 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• MBA or CPA a plus and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Solid knowledge of Tableau and BI environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) including forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze economic and industry trends to inform decision making.
• Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating regions' financials.
• Develop presentation materials for executive leadership meetings.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting to boost productivity.
• Prepare actual vs. forecast reports for monthly/quarterly review.
• Report key financial and operating metrics and identify trends.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analyses and projects.
• Review divisional balance sheet reconciliations and cost trends.
