Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures, the nation’s largest private beverage bottler, seeks an FP&A Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executives to drive financial performance and strategic insights.

You will develop financial models, oversee dashboards, and streamline processes with ERP and BI tools, while guiding a team of FP&A analysts and promoting a data-driven culture across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Eight to ten years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate planning across production, distribution, sales, and corporate functions.
• Prepare management reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Analyze results vs plan and identify drivers of profitability.
• Provide insights to leadership and support business cases and initiatives.
• Lead FP&A analysts; foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
• Drive automation and standardization of planning and reporting processes.
