Job summary

Abbott, located in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead financial accounting, reporting and analysis, including month-end close. You will drive FP&A processes, develop Plans, LBE's and LRP's, and support consolidation activities across the organization.

You will partner with IT on SAP-supported systems and guide cross-functional teams, providing financial leadership and ensuring internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in a fast-paced work environment with frequent deadlines.
• Strong verbal/communication skills along with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and build consensus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting, reporting and analysis, including month-end activities completed timely and in compliance with policies.
• Financial planning and analysis, including development and support of Plans, LBE's and LRP's, plus consolidation activities.
• Provides financial leadership to operations including ROI analysis, post completion audits, and interpretation of the Corporate Financial Manual.
