Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Middlebury, CT corporate office. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate FP&A, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills to partner with cross-functional leaders. MBA/CPA preferred; Sage Intacct experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and data querying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and executive reports.
• Partner with leaders to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Develop annual operating budgets and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
