Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience owning a P&L.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, professional services, or multi-entity environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and projection activities for assigned business units.
• Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Analyze financial results and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with department leaders on budgeting, revenue, and margin performance.
• Support audit requests and financial reporting needs.
• Participate in systems optimization and process enhancement initiatives.
