Job summary

Knorr Brake Holding Corporation in Avon, OH is seeking a Manager, FP&A Evergreen to lead the North American FP&A function within Bendix CVS. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and strategic analysis in collaboration with business leaders to improve financial performance.

The role requires 5–10 years in accounting/finance, IFRS knowledge, SAP, and S/4 Hana, with strong project management and leadership capabilities. A BA/BS is required; Green Belt is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in accounting/finance in public accounting or manufacturing.
• Experience in project management and/or financial management, including managing budgets, preparing estimates and variance analysis.
• Process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual MOP budget process Bendix CVS.
• Lead the FP&A team to support budget, financials and reporting
• Support the annual Strategic Planning Process.
• Lead various projects and efficiencies to improve financial reporting.
• Drive monthly internal financial reporting and analysis/explanation of trends, projections and variances.
