Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Hospitality industry experience or familiarity with franchise business models preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models in Excel.”

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and long-range planning processes for assigned functions.
• Provide financial insights, analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support investment decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, communicating results and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
