Job summary

Resmed is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to partner with the business, drive long‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful analyses and reports that support decision making. The role may involve M&A modelling, diligence, and integrations, and could lead a team of FP&A professionals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and influence business decisions across functions.

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and reporting to support strategic goals.
• Support special projects, including M&A modelling, diligence and integrations.
• Develop and manage FP&A processes and potentially lead a team to improve financial performance.
