Job summary

Humanoid, based in Boston, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership on FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow across multiple entities and currencies. You will build models, perform scenario analysis, and drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving robotics startup.

The role emphasizes IFRS/GAAP awareness, advanced Excel, and collaboration with tax and treasury teams to maximize incentives and optimize financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a comparable finance role.
• Working familiarity with IFRS / GAAP and its impact on reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to implement or quickly learn new FP&A tools
• Usage of AI tools to create efficiencies
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong research, analytical, and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts across Humanoid.
• Review and support spend approvals ensuring alignment with budget and controls.
• Act as a finance partner to leaders, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across entities.
• Build and maintain financial models and what-if scenarios for planning and decisions.
• Prepare and present financial results, variance analysis, and KPIs for leadership and the Board.
