Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead annual and long-range planning, develop financial models, and evaluate business opportunities across customer/product lines. You will partner with finance, accounting, and sales/operations to drive strategic planning and analytics for value creation.

You will build AOPs and budgets with BU heads, deliver KPI dashboards, and analyze variances to support decisions. Experience with Oracle/Hyperion and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA desirable.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution with preference for B2B experience.
• CPA/CMA/FP&A designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting packages with the Controller.
• Build department/bu/region Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and budget with BU heads.
• Deliver dashboard metric reporting and support forecast and budget needs.
• Analyze forecast variances and propose opportunities to offset negative trends.
• Translate strategic planning into financial figures (BS and P&L) for leadership.
• Support global FP&A with regional reporting and project-based analytics.
