Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead annual and long-range planning, develop financial models, and evaluate opportunities from product and channel analysis to broader corporate initiatives. You will work closely with finance, accounting, sales, and operations to deliver insights that maximize value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA desirable.
• CPA/CMA/FP&A designation preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution with a B2B focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting packages together with the Controller
• Build department / channel / region Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and budgets
• Deliver dashboard metric reporting and support business forecast & budget needs
• Provide analysis on forecast variances; propose opportunities to offset negative trends with cross-functional teams
• Perform analyses on financial stability, profit improvement, pricing changes, costs
• Translate qualitative strategic planning into financial figures for management
• Partner with global FP&A team to support leadership and future opportunities
