The role emphasizes enhancing financial reporting, leveraging BI tools, and delivering actionable insights to senior management while supporting cost-saving initiatives and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• MBA or MS Finance preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• 3+ years using analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and monitor the business's medium to long-term financial plan with leadership.
• Provide reliable financial modeling to assess risk and drive growth.
• Collaborate with department heads on budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and implement spend controls with functional managers.
• Analyze financial and operational results to understand performance.
• Enhance reporting/BI tools to deliver meaningful insights.
• Serve as key financial resource for reporting and planning tools.
• Present results and recommendations to senior management.
• Evaluate productivity or cost-saving initiatives with operations finance.
• Prepare business cases for investments and strategic decisions.
• Review processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor budgets to inform future planning and cost management.
• Provide profitability analyses and KPI tracking.
