Job summary

Volarify in Haltom City, TX is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting at the corporate level. You will partner with Accounting and Senior Leadership to analyze performance and prepare management decks for executives.

The role focuses on consolidated-level analysis, developing financial models for capital projects, and presenting insights to drive strategic decisions. This on-site position requires close collaboration with operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus but not required.
• General accounting experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; Sage and Tableau are a plus.
• Strong quantitative abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly commentary on financial results, trends, and variances from budget and forecasts.
• Assist with annual corporate budgeting by consolidating branches and preparing analyses.
• Assist with debt covenant reporting and related analysis.
• Partner with leadership on medium- and long-term planning through data-driven analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Develop understanding of ERP/data systems to deliver insights on business drivers.
• Maintain rolling 13-week cash forecast and analyze cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare the monthly borrowing base file for asset-based lending.
• Analyze cash flow and working capital to identify improvement areas.
