Job summary

Volarify in Haltom City, TX seeks an FP&A Manager to support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level presentations at a consolidated corporate level. You will partner with Accounting and Senior Leadership to drive performance and analyze drivers behind results.

This on-site role focuses on building financial models for capital projects, maintaining cash forecasts, debt covenant reporting, and delivering management decks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5 years FP&A or related corporate finance experience.
• MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; Sage and Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly commentary on results, trends and variances.
• Consolidate branch budgets and assist annual corporate budgeting.
• Assist with debt covenant reporting and related analytics.
• Support medium- to long-term financial and strategic planning.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide improvement recommendations.
• Develop understanding of ERP/data systems to deliver insights.
• Maintain rolling 13-week cash forecast and working capital trends.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base for asset-based lending.
• Analyze cash flow and present findings to management.
• Support special projects and ad hoc consolidated analyses.
