Job summary

Our Client in Haltom City, TX seeks an FP&A Manager to lead financial reporting, review, and analysis at corporate and consolidated levels. You will partner with Accounting and Senior Leadership to drive strategy, with focus on monthly decks, budgeting, and executive presentation development.

The role emphasizes forecasting, capital project modeling, and deep understanding of business drivers; this is an on-site position with no remote relocation options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; Sage and Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations for senior leadership and private equity sponsor.
• Prepare monthly commentary on key financial results, trends, and variances from budget and forecasts at the consolidated level.
• Assist with annual corporate budgeting by consolidating branch budgets and preparing analyses and materials.
• Assist with debt covenant compliance reporting and related analysis.
• Support planning through data-driven analysis, scenarios, and modeling.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide financial improvement recommendations.
• Maintain understanding of ERP, data, and systems to deliver insights.
• Maintain the rolling 13-week cash forecast and analyze cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base file for asset-based lending.
• Analyze cash flow and working capital and present findings to management.
• Support special projects and ad hoc consolidated analysis.
