Job summary

Volarify is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting at the corporate level. You will partner with Accounting and Senior Leadership to drive performance, develop capital project models, and deliver executive presentations.

The role focuses on consolidated analytics, monthly decks, and maintaining a deep understanding of business drivers. On-site role based in Haltom City, TX with no remote relocation options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus but not required.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; strong data synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations for senior leadership and sponsor.
• Prepare monthly commentary on financial results, trends, and variances from budget/forecast.
• Assist with annual budgeting by consolidating branch budgets and preparing analyses.
• Support debt covenant reporting and related analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term financial planning and modeling.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Maintain understanding of ERP/data systems to deliver insights on business drivers.
• Maintain rolling 13-week cash forecast and analyze cash flow/trends.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base file for asset-based lending.
• Analyze cash flow to identify improvements and present findings.
