Job summary

Tous Les Jours in Buena Park, CA is seeking a Business Planning Manager to lead enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and executive decision support. You will collaborate with Korea Headquarters, translate operational performance into strategic financial narratives, and deliver executive-ready reports and decks for the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership.

The role requires 7–10+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives,

Qualifications

• The candidate has FP&A, finance, or strategic planning experience (7–10+ years).
• Extensive experience preparing executive-level strategy reports, business proposals, and presentations.
• Experience leading corporate planning, FP&A, or strategy initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive leadership and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Own monthly close analysis and deliver variance insights with clear business drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability scenarios.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Partner with department leaders to translate initiatives into financial impact.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
• Handle recurring reporting and ad-hoc, ambiguous business questions.
• Drive process automation and improve data quality in reports.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
• Coach, mentor, and review junior analysts’ work.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and special projects sponsored by executives.
• Develop executive business cases and strategic recommendations for C-suite.
