Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analytics across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership, operations, and finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and advance FP&A capabilities.

The role requires 5–8+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling skills, and experience with Power BI and ERP systems. Travel approx. 5–10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Equity Planning & Strategy: Supports development and execution of enterprise equity planning strategies.
• Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Owns and improves revenue forecasting methodologies across units.
• Income Statement Management & Financial Performance: Leads monthly and quarterly income statement analysis.
• KPI Development & Reporting: Establishes and maintains enterprise financial and operational KPIs.
• Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis: Conducts financial modeling and business case development for strategic initiatives.
• Technology Deployment & Process Improvement: Leads FP&A technology implementations and automation.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Partners with executives and mentors analysts.
