Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated planning, budgeting, and forecasts for North America.
• Coordinate inputs from sites and functions into executive-ready packs.
• Develop KPI dashboards and variance analyses for leadership reviews.
• Prepare board-ready commentary and performance narratives.
• Coach and develop junior analysts within the FP&A team.
