Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance (FP&A or accounting).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial forecasts, long-range plan development and board reporting.
• Create and maintain quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Lead weekly flash process and provide summaries to leadership.
• Develop long-range plan and segment profitability reporting across brands.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and board reviews.
• Coach and develop FP&A Analyst.
