Job summary

Crawford is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role partners with executive leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to support company growth.

You will lead budgeting and long-range planning, develop financial models, and deliver executive dashboards while mentoring the FP&A team and partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
