Job summary

Leapros, Inc. in Ontario, CA, is hiring a Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and to partner with the Head of FP&A on the Annual Operating Plan. You will produce executive-ready analyses and collaborate across functions to align financial goals with strategy.

The role requires strong modeling, advanced Excel, ERP experience, and the ability to influence decisions through clear insights. Prior consumer foods/manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong command of financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Ability to present executive-ready materials for Board/leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing decisions.
• Experience managing projects and driving improvements to financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with Head of FP&A to develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan.
• Own monthly financial reporting and Board materials; support lender decks.
• Develop financial storylines across P&L and translate insights into actions.
• Partner as financial business advisor for pricing, product development, and OPEX.
• Analyze P&L performance and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support long-term Strategic Plan modeling with senior finance leadership.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.
